Pay: $20.19–$24.23 per hour, depending on shift

Express Employment Professionals is hiring an experienced Senior Warehouse Technician for a brand-new, 400,000-square-foot distribution center that ships products worldwide.

This is more than a traditional warehouse job. You'll prepare specialized customer orders, work with fiber cable, operate warehouse equipment, and help ensure products are accurate and ready to ship. If you have stand-up forklift and reach truck experience and enjoy hands-on work in a clean, climate-controlled facility, this could be a great next step.

Available Shifts and Pay

Monday–Friday

• 4:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. — $20.19/hour
• 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. — $20.19/hour
• 12:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m. — $23.22/hour
• 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m. — $23.22/hour

Sunday–Thursday

• 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. — $24.23/hour
• Occasional mandatory Saturday overtime may be required.

What You'll Do

Specialized Order Preparation

• Operate machinery and tools to prepare customer orders.
• Gather and package multiple parts and components into complete order sets.
• Measure and cut fiber cable to customer specifications.
• Follow detailed work instructions to maintain accuracy and product quality.
• Meet production expectations while following safety procedures.

Warehouse Operations
You may also rotate through other departments as needed.

• Receiving: Unload trucks, inspect incoming shipments, verify materials, and stock inventory using pallet jacks or forklifts.
• Order Picking: Use RF scanners or voice-picking systems to select the correct products and quantities and stage materials for packing.
• Shipping: Verify order accuracy, package materials securely, build pallets, and load trailers.

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience.
• Required: Experience operating stand-up forklifts and reach trucks.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate work.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
• High school diploma or GED.

Job Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working at heights.
• Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.
