Schedule: All Shifts Available (1st, 2nd, and 3rd)
Pay: $18.00 – $28.00 per hour (based on experience)

Job Summary:
Manufacturing facilities in the Morristown, TN area are seeking skilled Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join their maintenance teams. These positions are responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on industrial equipment

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on machinery

• Maintain and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems

• Diagnose and repair motors, gearboxes, and production equipment

• Work with PLC systems and automated machinery when applicable

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow safety procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and conveyors

• PLC troubleshooting experience preferred

• Ability to use hand and power tools safely

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a production environment

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with VFDs, sensors, and automated systems

• Welding or fabrication experience is a plus

• Maintenance certifications or technical training preferred
