Focused on operational excellence, customer service, supportive, stable environment. We are seeking a professional, responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Office Manager to join our team. This role combines full-cycle bookkeeping, office management, customer service, order management, and export logistics support.

 

Job Duties:

  • Perform full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Support daily accounting operations and maintain organized financial documentation.
  • Assist with tracking financial transactions and maintaining accurate accounting records.
  • Maintain professional communication with customers and manage ongoing relationships.
  • Update and maintain customer accounts and records within the system.
  • Receive and process customer orders.
  • Verify order details including product type, quantity, and pricing.
  • Accurately enter and manage order information within internal systems.
  • Manage end-to-end export processes including logistics coordination and shipping arrangements.
  • Prepare export documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory and government requirements.
  • Track shipments and monitor order fulfillment to ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
  • Occasionally assist with marketing and business development activities within the U.S.
  • Manage ongoing customer accounts and communications.
  • Process new customer orders and monitor open orders.
  • Prepare export documentation and maintain shipping records.
  • Track shipments and coordinate logistics as needed.
  • Provide sales and administrative support to internal teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience working in an accounting or bookkeeping department (required).
  • Experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper / Office Manager .
  • Strong customer service orientation (highly preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong Excel skills, including formulas (required).
  • Experience working with an ERP system (preferred).
  • Spanish reading and writing skills are an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
