Job Title: Janitor / Property Maintenance Technician

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday
Pay: $15.00 per hour

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a dependable Janitor / Property Maintenance Technician to help maintain the cleanliness and general upkeep of a facility or property. This position is responsible for routine cleaning, minor maintenance tasks, and ensuring the property remains safe and presentable for employees, residents, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas

• Empty trash and recycling bins throughout the property

• Maintain floors, windows, and other surfaces to ensure a clean environment

• Perform basic property maintenance tasks as needed

• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management

• Assist with minor repairs and general upkeep of the property

Requirements:

• Previous janitorial or maintenance experience preferred but not required

• Ability to lift up to 25–40 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

• Strong attention to detail and reliability

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
