What You’ll Do

• Drive strategic vision and lead day‑to‑day operations with clarity and purpose
• Oversee food pantry and seasonal support programs that directly uplift local families
• Lead fundraising efforts, grant development, donor engagement, and community partnerships
• Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and organizational compliance
• Recruit, mentor, and motivate staff and volunteers
• Collaborate closely with the Board of Directors
• Represent the organization throughout the community and cultivate strong local relationships

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of nonprofit leadership experience
• Proven strengths in fundraising, financial management, and community engagement
• Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills
• A flexible, mission‑driven approach and a genuine passion for service

Compensation

A competitive regional salary, typically $75,000–$100,000/YR, plus benefits.
