Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking reliable and motivated Temp Production Associates for a growing company in Pine City, MN. Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $17.01/hour

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

• Pay Frequency: Weekly

• Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

• Location: Pine City, MN

• Screening: No background check or drug screen

Key Responsibilities

• Run parts and pick parts according to production needs

• Ensure part counts are accurate and documented correctly

• Operate various machines such as a metal rod cutter, rod straightener, rubber vulcanizing press, or rivet‑to‑belt machine

• Maintain a steady work pace throughout the shift

• Assist with general labor tasks as needed

Qualifications

• No specific skills required

• General labor or manufacturing experience preferred

• Reliable and punctual work habits

• Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistent productivity

• Comfortable working in a repetitive, fast‑paced environment
