Express Employment Professionals is seeking a full-time Resource Coordinator for an immediate opening in Orlando, FL!

Position Details:

• Pay Range - $24.00/HR - $28.00/HR (Depending on skills and experience)
• Scheduled Days - Monday - Friday
• Training Hours - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Full-Time Hours - 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Duties:

• Manage and confirm new hires' specific requirements and expectations aligned with project assignment.
• Contacting new hires before their start date with details regarding orientation, safety training, project badging, dress code, and answering any queries.
• Ensure new hires have technical assistance to properly complete all onboarding requirements, and prepare onboarding instructions for the new hires.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-years’ experience as a coordinator or similar role in recruiting/staffing.
• Experience in information/data analysis with a high degree of accuracy
• Advanced experience with office software, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
