Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking skilled and safety‑focused Heavy Equipment Operators for a growing company in Stacy, MN. Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $24.00/hour

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–12:00 AM

• Pay Frequency: Weekly

• Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

• Location: Stacy, MN

• Screening: Drug screen required; no background check

Key Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators, skid steers, and dozers

• Perform site prep, grading, trenching, and material movement

• Conduct pre‑ and post‑operation inspections on equipment

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard‑free work area

• Assist with general labor tasks as needed to support project goals

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating heavy equipment in construction or industrial settings

• Ability to read site plans, follow directions, and work independently

• Strong awareness of safety procedures and equipment operation standards

• Mechanical aptitude for basic equipment troubleshooting

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
