Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $20.00 per hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a growing furniture manufacturing company. In this role, you will work closely with customers and internal teams to prepare accurate quotes, answer product questions, and ensure excellent service throughout the ordering process. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in providing outstanding customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process customer quotes for furniture orders

• Communicate with customers via phone and email to answer questions and provide product information

• Review specifications, pricing, and order details to ensure quote accuracy

• Coordinate with production and sales teams regarding order requirements and timelines

• Enter and maintain customer and order information in company systems

• Provide professional and timely follow-up with customers

• Assist with order processing and general customer service duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred

• Experience in manufacturing, furniture, or quoting/pricing is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
