Renowned higher education institution, is in need of a reliable building maintenance technician who will be responsible for general infrastructure maintenance tasks that can arise in a university setting to include but not limited to administration offices, classrooms and dorms, with tasks ranging from changing out commodes, resetting breakers, changing light bulbs, patching or replacing sheetrock, taping/floating, hanging blinds and ceiling fans, light plumbing etc., on a 2nd shift schedule that will include weekends. HS Education or GED required, EMT License highly desired but not necessary. Will also require being able to pass a drug screen and background check to qualify.
