Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Meat Cutter / Butcher to join a busy warehouse and food production team in Columbus. The ideal candidate will have experience cutting, trimming, and preparing various types of meat while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness.

Responsibilities:

• Cut, trim, and prepare meat products according to specifications

• Use knives, band saws, and other meat processing equipment safely

• Inspect meat for quality and freshness

• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Package and label meat products as needed

• Work in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment

Requirements:

• Previous meat cutting or butcher experience required

• Comfortable working with knives and cutting equipment

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards preferred
