CDL Class A Driver / Warehouse Associate

Location: Aurora, CO
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay: $25.00– $30.00 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable CDL Class A Driver / Warehouse Associate to support both transportation and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for safely operating a commercial vehicle to complete local deliveries and assisting with warehouse duties including inventory, order picking, and loading/unloading materials. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, organized, and comfortable working in both a driving and warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL Class A commercial vehicle for local and regional deliveries

• Transport materials and products to job sites, customers, or distribution locations

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain driver logs

• Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment

• Pick, pack, and stage orders for delivery or shipment

• Receive and organize incoming inventory and materials

• Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and warehouse documentation

• Assist with inventory management and warehouse organization

• Follow DOT regulations, safety standards, and company policies

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in both the warehouse and delivery vehicle

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license (required)

• Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening

• Previous commercial driving and warehouse experience preferred

• Forklift experience or certification preferred

• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LTL freight or delivery routes

• Knowledge of inventory systems or warehouse management systems (WMS)

• Strong customer service skills when interacting with clients during deliveries
