Position Overview

We are seeking a confident, professional, and sales-driven Leasing Consultant to join our apartment community team. This role is responsible for answering incoming inquiries, providing detailed information about the property, and converting prospects into residents. The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with potential residents, presenting the community, and delivering excellent customer service.

Individuals who demonstrate strong sales ability and confidence will also have the opportunity to conduct guided tours of the property and showcase the community to prospective residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries about apartment availability, pricing, amenities, and community policies

  • Provide accurate and engaging information to prospective residents

  • Schedule appointments and follow up with prospective tenants

  • Conduct community tours and present apartment homes to potential residents

  • Assist prospects through the leasing process and support lease conversions

  • Maintain a professional and welcoming leasing office environment

  • Respond to email and online inquiries in a timely manner

  • Support marketing and outreach efforts to maintain strong occupancy levels

Qualifications

  • Previous sales, leasing, or customer service experience preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Confident speaking on the phone and in person with prospective residents

  • Professional appearance and ability to follow a business professional dress code

  • Comfortable presenting and giving property tours

  • Organized and able to manage multiple inquiries throughout the day

  • Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset

Thursday – Monday

  • Weekdays: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Sunday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Schedule B:
Monday – Friday

  • 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Compensation

  • $18.00 per hour
