Our Client (a large NW San Antonio Car Dealership) is looking for an addition to their accounting team.  The role is for an AP clerk.  The schedule is 8:00am-5:00pm Monday - Friday at a pay rate of $18.00hr.  Responsibilities are: 

• Data Entry – input incoming invoices to be set up for payment on a daily basis
• Obtain proper approvals from managers (Filebound and Outlook)
• Code to appropriate expense account
• File (alpha-numeric system)
• Quick checks – cut checks for business office or on demand on a daily basis, twice a day
• Dealership experience a plus, but AP experience is required.
