Job Title: Store Manager
Location: Pharr, TX
Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 per year + Quarterly Bonuses
Schedule: Full-Time | 42–45 hours per week | Must be available for opening and closing shifts, including nights and weekends

 

 

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead daily store operations while delivering exceptional customer experience. The Store Manager is responsible for leading the team, managing store performance, maintaining operational standards, and driving company programs and initiatives.

This role requires a strong leader who can coach, motivate, and develop team members while ensuring smooth store operations in a fast-paced environment. The position also offers career advancement opportunities, with the potential to grow into a District Manager role.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain a calm and professional demeanor during high-volume periods or unexpected events
  • Foster a “customer comes first” culture by training and holding associates accountable for delivering excellent service
  • Implement company programs and initiatives by developing action plans and motivating the store team
  • Plan, communicate, and delegate responsibilities to ensure efficient store operations
  • Monitor store environment and key business indicators to identify challenges and opportunities for improvement
  • Manage store staffing levels, scheduling, and labor efficiency
  • Communicate clearly and effectively to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Collect and review customer feedback to improve service and satisfaction
  • Utilize management tools and financial reports to analyze trends and monitor store performance
  • Conduct employee performance evaluations, provide coaching, and set goals to improve team performance
  • Maintain a positive work environment while building a high-performing team

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced retail or food service environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices
  • Understanding of supervisory and leadership practices
  • Strong operational and organizational skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to build and develop strong teams
  • Leadership ability with a focus on coaching and mentoring employees
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3–5 years of proven management experience in the food service industry or a related leadership role
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
  • Willing to work opening and closing shifts
  • Hiring planned in advance for leadership development in Austin, TX

Physical Requirements

  • Constant standing and walking
  • Occasional lifting, pushing, or carrying up to 50 lbs
  • Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, or ramps
  • Frequent computer, POS register, and equipment use
  • Repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movements
  • Frequent reaching, turning, and precision work
  • Continuous communication with team members and customers
  • Clear near and distance vision

Compensation & Benefits (Full-Time)

  • Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 annually
  • Quarterly Bonuses: Up to $2,000 per quarter based on performance
