Job Title: Office Coordinator
Location: Alamo
Pay: $17–$19 per hour (DOE)
Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasionally until 5:30 PM or 6:00 PM)

  • Rotating Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM


Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, dependable and experienced Office Coordinator to support daily office operations and ensure the workplace runs efficiently. This role functions similarly to an assistant office manager, helping coordinate administrative processes, maintain workflow, and support team members while delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position offers opportunities for professional growth and advancement for individuals who demonstrate leadership, reliability, and initiative.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support day-to-day office operations to maintain an organized and productive work environment

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors, providing professional customer service

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally

  • Maintain office schedules, calendars, and appointments

  • Assist with document preparation, filing, data entry, and record management

  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate orders when needed

  • Support internal team members with administrative tasks and project coordination

  • Ensure office procedures and workflows are followed efficiently

  • Assist management with reports, documentation, and operational support

  • Help maintain a professional and welcoming office environment


Qualifications

  • Previous administrative, office coordinator, or office supervisor/managerial experience 

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

  • Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
