Food Production Associate
Location: Medina, Ohio

Job Summary:
A local food production company in Medina is hiring dependable individuals to join its production team. This role involves working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, including direct handling of raw meat and ready-to-eat products.
Available Jobs:
1. Packaging Department:
- Pack ready-to-eat food products with attention to quality and food safety.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packaging area.
2 Raw Room:
- Tray raw meat in preparation for the cooking process.
- Assist in prepping raw materials to ensure smooth production flow.
3. Machine Operator
- Set up, run, and maintain raw meat processing machines.
- Operate machinery such as flaker, grinder, mixer, extruder, and slicer
Requirements:
- Must be comfortable working around raw meat.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality are required.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs.
- Must follow all hygiene and safety protocols.
Work Schedule:
- Regular Hours: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Dress Code & Conduct:
Not Permitted in Production Areas:
- Cell phones (must be stored in lockers or lunchroom on silent)
- Jewelry, earrings, facial piercings, gauges
- Nail polish, fake nails
- Shorts, capris, tank tops, muscle shirts
- Glass containers
- Smoking or vaping anywhere in the building
