Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with selecting frames and lenses, take optical measurements, adjust and fit eyewear, and coordinate lens orders with laboratories.
• Manage daily front office operations including scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, verifying insurance benefits, and processing payments.
• Maintain inventory, coordinate with vendors and labs, and help support or guide front office staff to ensure an efficient and welcoming patient experience.
