Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator
Location: Plastic Surgery Clinic
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

 

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

 

Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional and organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our plastic surgery clinic team. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, providing excellent patient service, and supporting daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations. The ideal candidate will be personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with patients both in person and electronically.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner

• Answer and return phone calls in a timely manner

• Monitor and respond to clinic text messages and emails

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments

• Send required paperwork and documentation to patients prior to appointments

• Maintain organized patient records and front office documentation

• Assist with general office tasks to support clinic staff

• Perform occasional laundry duties as needed to support clinic operations

Qualifications:

• Previous front office, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable using email, texting platforms, and scheduling systems

• Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail

• Social media experience is a plus

• Bilingual skills are a plus

Dress Code:
Employees are required to wear either all black professional attire or all black scrubs.
