Summary

Packaging Assembly assigned each packaging line in operation. Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of filled or packaged products to standards. Stop or reset machines when malfunctions occur, clear machine jams and report malfunctions to a supervisor. Adjust machine components and machine tension and pressure according to size or processing angle of product. Clean and remove damaged or otherwise inferior materials to prepare raw products for processing. Perform preventative maintenance and inspect parts for signs of excessive wear or damage.

• Perform quality work within deadlines with direct supervision.
• Interact professionally with other employees.
• Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
• Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
• Work on each packaging line in the product of powders, tablets, and capsules
• Do set up on capper, neckband machine, CVC label machine, powder filler machine.
• PM all equipment in production and packaging
• Making sure all machines are working properly and efficiently.
• Fix and adjust equipment per Manufactured Manual
• Support and Installation of any new equipment.
• Support Engineering to provide data and improvement of efficiently equipment in production/packaging
• Report and support any issue in Packaging Line in regard to packaging equipment to Line Lead.
• Support Janitorial to keep area clean and compliant to cGMP.
• Any other duties as assigned by the supervisors.
