Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay: $19–$22 per hour

Position Overview

A growing distribution operation is seeking a Distribution Center Team Member to support daily warehouse functions including picking, shipping, and receiving. This role works closely with team members and team leads to process orders efficiently while maintaining high levels of accuracy, safety, and organization throughout the distribution center.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, ship, and receive orders in a fast-paced distribution environment

• Use RF scanners, order selectors, motorized carts, and stand-up forklifts to process orders

• Ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently

• Provide feedback on inventory levels and product availability

• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the distribution center

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

• Assist with team lifts and support coworkers when needed

• Cross-train in other areas of the distribution center as needed

• Provide coverage in departments with increased workload or staffing shortages

• Participate in process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives

• Complete work tasks with a focus on safety, accuracy, and productivity

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Previous distribution or warehouse experience preferred

• Demonstrated computer skills required

• Experience operating RF scanners, forklifts, or order selectors preferred

• Knowledge of warehouse systems such as Eclipse is a plus

• Ability to learn new systems and adapt to operational changes

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs consistently and up to 100 lbs occasionally

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, bending, twisting, and reaching

• Team lifting and working with others regularly required

• Visual requirements include depth perception, color recognition, and near/far vision accuracy

Work Environment

This position operates in an active distribution center environment and may involve exposure to:

• Temperature changes (heat, cold, humidity)

• Mechanical equipment and warehouse machinery

• Noise, dust, and warehouse traffic

• Occasional confined spaces or elevated work areas

Additional physical activities may include climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, and extended shifts during peak workload periods.
