Landscape Crew Member

Located in Waterloo, IA

Salary: $18.00–$25.00/hour

We are seeking motivated Landscape Crew Members to join a local landscaping team. In this role, you will assist with a variety of landscaping projects, including planting, mulching, sod and hardscape installation, while working under the direction of the Foreman and Crew Leader. No prior experience is required—on-the-job training is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with crew members to complete landscaping projects efficiently and safely
• Assist with planting, mulching, sod installation, hardscape installation, and other landscaping tasks
• Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials to job sites
• Operate landscaping equipment and hand tools safely
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Follow instructions from Foreman or Crew Leader to complete daily tasks
• Assist with equipment cleaning and basic maintenance

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• No previous landscaping experience required
