Location: Pine Bluff, AR
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (hours may vary)
Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour (DOE)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Counter Sales / Delivery Driver to join our team. This role involves assisting customers at the sales counter, preparing orders, and making deliveries to customers throughout Southeast Arkansas. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and committed to providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the sales counter with product selection, orders, and general inquiries.

• Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver products to customer locations.

• Load and unload products for deliveries and customer pickups.

• Accurately process orders and maintain basic delivery and sales records.

• Help receive, stock, and organize inventory in the warehouse.

• Work with team members to ensure orders are filled and delivered on time.

• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous sales, delivery, or warehouse experience is a plus.

• Must be able to pass a background check.
