Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities within the Direct Hire and Professional Staffing sector. This role is ideal for a self-driven sales professional who thrives in a commission-based environment and enjoys building strong relationships with businesses in need of staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new client relationships within the professional and direct hire staffing market
  • Conduct in-person client visits, cold calls, and networking to generate new business
  • Present staffing solutions tailored to client hiring needs
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with hiring managers and decision makers
  • Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to fill open positions
  • Negotiate service agreements and staffing terms with clients
  • Track sales activity and pipeline progress

Qualifications

  • Previous outside sales or staffing industry experience preferred
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close business
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Comfortable working in a 100% commission-based structure
