Express is hiring an experienced Copier Technician. The Technician specialists will install, service, and repair printers, scanners, and copiers. Their duties include traveling to clients' homes or businesses, performing maintenance, troubleshooting problems, and repairing faulty equipment. They may also be required to write diagnostic reports and provide clients with training.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of copier and printer technology 
• Experience as a copier technician
• Strong customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation 
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation & Repair: Set up, align, and repair mechanical drive systems, printers, and copiers.
• Troubleshooting: Use diagnostic tools like ohmmeters and voltmeters to identify and fix malfunctions.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machinery and maintain accurate service records.
• Networking: Assist with basic network connectivity troubleshooting for devices.
• Customer Service: Provide on-site technical support at various client locations.

Schedule: 1st shift

Pay: $18-20 / Hour
