This role is responsible for building and assembling electrical control panels based on blueprints and schematics, ensuring all components are installed accurately and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and assemble electrical panels according to blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics
• Perform precise electrical wiring and component installation
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure panels meet design specifications and company standards
• Identify and report component discrepancies or issues
• Track and maintain inventory of parts and materials
• Update internal systems regarding inventory and order status
• Assist with panel troubleshooting and repairs when needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment
• Support general facility maintenance tasks when necessary

Required Qualifications

• Experience with electrical wiring and panel assembly
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
• Strong understanding of electrical theory and circuitry
• Experience performing quality checks and troubleshooting electrical components
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical specifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AutoCAD or SolidWorks
• Background in CAD or electrical design
• Soldering experience
• Facilities maintenance experience
• Experience troubleshooting or repairing electrical panels
