Metal Additive Manufacturing Technician

Location: Lockland, OH / Loveland, oh

Compensation: $20-$30+ /hr

Requirements

• Proven machine operator experience in a manufacturing setting, including proficiency with basic shop and hand tools.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.

• Strong verbal/written communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team-based environment where priorities change frequently.

• Ability to stand/move for 5-6 hours per day and occasionally lift or carry up to 45 lbs.

• Ability to read engineering drawings and work with a "roll up your sleeves" attitude to tackle technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Perform build setup, extraction, and operation of metal AM systems (including L-PBF and Binderjet) and EDM equipment.

• Conduct preventive maintenance and identify/troubleshoot machine or manufacturing issues to ensure peak performance.

• Monitor and record material consumption, build completion dates, and functional issues in compliance with Quality Management Systems.

• Work from blueprints to measure parts using specialized tools and software, ensuring all components meet strict quality control gages.

• Follow detailed work orders, test instructions, and specifications with high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
