Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated Landscape Laborer to join their team and assist with a variety of outdoor landscaping and maintenance projects. This role involves working in diverse environments to support landscape design, installation, and upkeep. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a passion for outdoor work, and the ability to operate various tools and equipment to ensure the health and beauty of our clients' landscapes.

Duties
• Assist with lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain healthy turf.
• Perform landscape maintenance such as planting, pruning, and tree care, including tree trimming and gardening activities.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as excavators for construction and hardscape projects.
• Support irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure proper watering of landscapes.
• Conduct snow plowing during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe.
• Assist with the installation of hardscape features like patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Maintain equipment and tools through routine cleaning and minor repairs to ensure optimal operation.
• Follow safety protocols during all activities to prevent accidents or injuries on-site.

Skills
• Mechanical knowledge related to operating landscaping equipment and power tools.
• Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other construction machinery.
• Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming and pruning techniques.
• Ability to perform snow plowing operations safely during winter months.
• Strong understanding of irrigation systems and their maintenance.
• Physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive approach to completing tasks efficiently.
