Admin Assistant / CSR - 40 hours after Training.

Location: Austin, TX (In-Office/ NOT REMOTE OR HYBRID*)
Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.00/HR
Hours: For Training: Monday – Friday, 20 hours a week for the first month and a half or so.
After training, Monday – Friday, 40 hours a week, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (w/1 Hour Lunch)
Attire: Business Casual
Job Type: Temporary to potentially permanent hire, if the company does well enough and has the workload to hire the applicant as a direct employee. This is of course, also based on performance and attendance.
A well-established moving company located in North Austin is seeking an Admin Assistant / CSR to provide administrative and customer support to the office admins for their respective projects. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and work history with experience in a similar position. Experience as a Move Coordinator, Relocation Coordinator, or any other admin-related roles in this field is ideal and preferred. Experience as a Logistics Coordinator, Service Dispatcher, Delivery Coordinator, and or Freight Dispatchers are welcomed. This position is specific to the moving field of industry, and the ideal candidate would be someone with proven experience in the industry who possesses advanced customer service skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Communicate with clients in a timely manner to further coordinate any pending processes and ensure the highest level of customer service on an as-needed basis.
• Heavy Data Entry and upkeep of their proprietary CRM system.
• Fielding of incoming calls and managing outgoing calls, as needed, on multiple phone lines.
• Provide administrative assistance to the move coordinators/ office staff per the direction and priorities set by the Office Manager.
• Cross-train for interim coverage of the duties and responsibilities of the other Admins on an as-needed basis.
• Communicate effectively with your co-workers daily to ensure the workload is completed in a timely manner.
• Confidentiality - Maintain and safeguard sensitive information when appropriate.
• Assist with providing proper paperwork to ensure timely billing to clients on an as-needed basis.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
