We are recruiting a candidate who will be able to operate a variety of production equipment, monitor machine performance, and ensure product quality throughout the manufacturing process. Candidates will train on 1st shift before moving to 2nd or 3rd shift. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy work in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitor product quality and perform basic inspections
• Load, unload, and stage material for processing
• Perform routine machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety protocols and production procedures
• Work collaboratively with a team to meet production goals

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or production experience preferred
• Ability to train on 1st shift and transition to 2nd or 3rd shift
• Comfortable working in a physically active environment (standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lb)
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Willingness to learn new machinery and processes
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Training: 1st shift (daytime hours)
• Post‑Training Options: 2nd or 3rd shift availability required
