Part-Time Office Assistant
Schedule: Tuesday–Thursday, 12:30 PM – 4:30 PM (Some flexibility to come in when needed to help cover shifts is needed.)
Job Overview: We are seeking a dependable and punctual Part-Time Office Assistant to support daily administrative tasks in a professional property managment office environment. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and able to work independently while maintaining a positive, drama-free attitude.
Responsibilities:
Create and post flyers using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Perform basic administrative and office support tasks
Assist with organizing materials and documents
Move small packages to the mailroom (up to 10 lbs)
Maintain a professional and cooperative work environment
Qualifications:
Reliable, punctual, and dependable
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and PowerPoint required)
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
