Express Employment Professionals, the top staffing franchise for 10 years running, is looking for a competent Recruiter to work in their office in Bradley, IL. This individual will undertake a variety of tasks such as recruitment, screening, orientation and placement of manufacturing, warehouse, administrative, and customer service employees. A recruiter must be an excellent communicator to be able to foster relationships with both our employees and clients. Being Bilingual is a plus but not required.
- Communicate via e-mail and phone with client companies to fill their open vacancies promptly
- Interview and complete required screening processes to support each company's hiring process
- Communicate work schedules and work requirements to associates before placement
- Collaborate with payroll to ensure correct employee compensation
- Prepare and submit reports on staffing operations
