Job Details: Assist with recruiting and hiring processes for faculty and staff positions Coordinate job postings, review applications, and schedule interviews Support onboarding for new employees, including collecting required documentation and conducting orientation sessions Maintain and update employee records in HR systems while ensuring confidentiality Assist with benefits enrollment and respond to employee questions regarding benefits and HR policies Ensure compliance with college policies, employment laws, and accreditation requirements Help coordinate employee training, professional development programs, and campus HR initiatives Track employee leave, attendance, and other HR-related documentation Prepare HR reports, employment contracts, and other personnel documents Provide support to faculty, staff, and administration with HR-related inquiries
