Job Details:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and orders

  • Process customer orders, quotes, and sales transactions accurately

  • Provide inside sales support by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services

  • Maintain and update customer records and sales information in company systems

  • Coordinate with the sales team, warehouse, and other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment

  • Follow up with customers regarding orders, quotes, and service inquiries

  • Assist with preparing sales reports, invoices, and other documentation

  • Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and email correspondence

  • Maintain a professional and organized office environment

  • Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
