Job Details:
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and orders
Process customer orders, quotes, and sales transactions accurately
Provide inside sales support by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services
Maintain and update customer records and sales information in company systems
Coordinate with the sales team, warehouse, and other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
Follow up with customers regarding orders, quotes, and service inquiries
Assist with preparing sales reports, invoices, and other documentation
Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and email correspondence
Maintain a professional and organized office environment
Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
