Job Details:

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment using dishwashers or by hand

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area

• Ensure all dishes and kitchen tools are properly sanitized and stored

• Assist with keeping the kitchen clean by wiping surfaces and taking out trash

• Sweep and mop kitchen floors as needed

• Restock clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen supplies for kitchen staff

• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

• Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning tasks when needed

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
