Outside Sales Representative
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Pay: $60,000/year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Some Overnight Travel Required)

Express Employment Professionals of Fort Myers is recruiting for an experienced and driven Outside Sales Representative to join a well-established Florida manufacturer in the construction materials industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and managing an established territory throughout Florida.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while developing new business opportunities.

• Meet with clients in person to promote and sell company products and services.

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions.

• Negotiate pricing, service options, and contract terms.

• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to increase market presence.

• Deliver product samples, catalogs, and marketing materials to customers.

• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within the company CRM system.

• Provide market feedback and competitor insights to sales leadership.

• Manage an assigned sales territory and support showroom operations when needed.

• Participate in ongoing product and industry training to stay current on offerings and market trends.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience.

• Experience in construction, building materials, manufacturing, or a related industry is highly preferred.

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities.

• Comfortable traveling throughout Florida, including occasional overnight stays.

• Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
