Position Overview

 

We are seeking a motivated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate support while ensuring a high standard of service. This position is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing customer interactions across multiple channels.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and account details
  • Process customer orders, returns, and service requests accurately in the system
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team as needed
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all customer interactions
  • Support team goals and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment

 

Qualifications

 

  • Prior customer service experience preferred; experience in a professional or office environment is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Comfortable navigating CRM or order management systems (training will be provided)
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude and a team-first mindset
  • Must be available to work on-site one day per week following completion of training
