Location: Bridgeport, WV | Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Compensation: $18/hr

What You'll Do:
• Assist in creating marketing materials, reports, and presentations.
• Maintain and update marketing databases, customer lists, and spreadsheets.
• Help coordinate marketing campaigns, special events, and promotions.
• Track and order marketing supplies and materials as needed.
• Support social media content creation and management.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Ensure smooth internal communication within the marketing team.
• Greet customers with a professional, friendly demeanor.
• Answer, screen, and forward calls to the appropriate departments.
• Assist with front office operations, ensuring it is organized, clean, and welcoming.
• Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Contribute to other tasks as needed to support the team and business needs.
What You Bring:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus.
• 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in marketing or an office setting.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (WPM > 50).
• Experience with Adobe Suite is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools.
• Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
