Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $20.00 per hour

 

Job Summary
A growing Naples-based company is seeking a reliable Shop Technician to join our team. This role involves working in a shop environment measuring, cutting, and assembling materials to produce custom plastic pool grates. The ideal candidate is comfortable using hand and power tools, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys working with their hands. Candidates with carpentry or fabrication experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure, mark, and cut materials according to specifications
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Assist in the fabrication and assembly of plastic grates for pools
• Ensure accurate measurements and quality finished products
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow shop safety procedures and company guidelines
• Assist with general shop duties as needed

Qualifications

• Experience using measuring tools (tape measure, squares, etc.)
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to read and follow measurements and basic instructions
• Carpentry, fabrication, or construction experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
