Express Employment Professionals, Laguna Hills is recruiting a UX/UI Designer for a fast-growing telecommunications company located in Irvine.

Service Line: Evaluation to Hire, Full-time
Pay: $21–$25/hr
Schedule: M–F

They are looking for a candidate to support the transformation of their internal cloud management platform into a scalable SaaS product.

Responsibilities:

Website & Congruent Digital Content Management

• Review and assess the current remote cloud management platform and user pain points
• Conduct user research and competitive audits
• Apply principles of human-centered design and behavioral science to improve usability
• Create user flows, wireframes, and low-to-high fidelity prototypes
• Iterate on design concepts through feedback from team and users
• Support usability testing and translate insights into product improvements
• Deliver a final presentation including a refined prototype and process documentation

Ideal Candidate

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Behavioral Science, or a related field
• Strong grasp of user-centered design, usability heuristics, and prototyping
• Interest in or experience applying behavioral psychology to UX
• Familiarity with web accessibility standards
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
• Excellent communication skills and ability to take initiative
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Must be able to work hybrid (some in-person meetings preferred in the Southern California area)
