Pay: $20–$21 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and team coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-focused, and skilled in leading warehouse staff while maintaining efficient workflows. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to keep the warehouse running smoothly from opening to close.
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock rotation, and proper documentation.
Lead and support warehouse staff to ensure productivity, safety, and workflow efficiency.
Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse environment.
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and vendors.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or discrepancies.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment as needed.
Track orders, update records, and ensure timely fulfillment.
Implement and enforce warehouse policies, safety procedures, and best practices.
Troubleshoot operational issues and recommend process improvements.
2+ years of warehouse or logistics experience (lead or supervisor experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification a plus).
Proficient with basic computer systems; experience with WMS is a plus.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Competitive pay: $20–$21/hr
Consistent daytime schedule (6AM–3PM)
