Express Employment is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse/Floater to join a dynamic team. This role involves supporting various warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and assisting in multiple departments as needed. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated areas.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely and efficiently.
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing products.
- Support different departments as a floater based on operational needs.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work in various roles and departments.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
Schedule & Pay:
- Shift: 4:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Monday- Friday)
- Overtime: Available and required
