Express Employment is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse/Floater to join a dynamic team. This role involves supporting various warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and assisting in multiple departments as needed. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with loading and unloading shipments.
• Organize and maintain inventory in designated areas.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing products.
• Support different departments as a floater based on operational needs.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work in various roles and departments.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.

Schedule & Pay:

• Shift: 4:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Monday- Friday) 
• Overtime: Available and required
