Job Description

The Maintenance Supervisor / Team Lead is responsible for performing and overseeing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machinery, equipment, and facility systems. This role ensures safe, efficient, and continuous operations and requires prior supervisory experience. Responsibilities include working with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems while leading a maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facility systems, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance tasks by assigning work, providing guidance, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards

• Troubleshoot, repair, and optimize equipment to minimize downtime

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation

• Support and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery

• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs

• Supervisory experience managing and coordinating a maintenance team

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment

• Knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA regulations

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
