A growing lawn care company is looking for reliable Crew Leaders and Crew Members to join our team. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a hardworking crew, we want to hear from you!
Crew Leaders are responsible for guiding the team and ensuring quality lawn care services are completed efficiently.
Requirements:
Previous lawn care or landscaping experience required
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lead a small crew and communicate clearly
Experience operating lawn equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
Strong work ethic and reliability
Crew Members assist with lawn maintenance and landscaping duties. No experience required – we will train the right candidates!
Responsibilities:
Mowing, trimming, edging, and general lawn maintenance
Assisting crew leaders with daily job tasks
Operating basic lawn care equipment
Working outdoors in varying weather conditions
