Construction Quality Director

Location: Spring Grove, OH

Compensation: $155k-$170k/yr

Requirements:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial construction quality assurance, including previous leadership roles.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management, or a related field.

• Must be a current, valid Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) with certification in good standing.

• Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to regional offices and project sites.

• Proficiency in quality management software and a deep understanding of industry safety protocols and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Align quality assurance initiatives with company objectives and develop long-term continuous improvement plans.

• Lead the development and implementation of quality control processes, conducting regular audits to ensure projects meet or exceed specifications.

• Develop and deliver quality training programs for construction teams and subcontractors to promote a culture of excellence.

• Build strong relationships with clients to address quality concerns and collaborate with project teams to implement best practices.

• Mentor and lead the quality assurance team, including inspectors and analysts, to foster professional growth.
