Compliance Shopper (Alcohol and Tobacco ID Checks)

Located in Eagan, MN

Salary: $20/hour plus Mileage

We are seeking reliable associates to complete compliance checks at various gas stations and convenience stores throughout the Dakota County area. The purpose of this role is to verify that store employees are properly asking customers for identification when purchasing alcohol or tobacco products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned gas stations and convenience stores throughout the Dakota County area.
• Attempt to purchase alcohol and/or tobacco products as part of a compliance check.
• Observe whether the cashier asks for a valid ID before completing the sale.
• If the cashier does not ask for ID, inform them that they have failed the compliance check and provide the required notification material.
• Accurately document the results of each visit and submit reports as required.
• Track and report mileage for reimbursement.
• Complete visits by the assigned deadlines for each location.

Requirements:

• Must be reliable, organized, and detail oriented.
• Must be between the age 21-25
• Comfortable interacting with store staff and providing compliance notifications when necessary.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations throughout the Dakota County area.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to accurately track mileage and complete visit reports.

Additional Details:

• Pay rate is $20 per hour.
• Mileage is reimbursed and must be tracked by the associate.
• Work hours are flexible, but certain locations will have specific deadlines that must be met.
• A list of required locations will be provided prior to starting.
