Job Title: Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Location: McHenry, IL

Hourly Wage: $23.00

Hours:

• 8:00am – 1:00pm (additional time if needed)
• Seasonal increase in hours

Job Description:

• Follow up emails on proposals for Project Manager daily
• Create job folders
• Apply for job permits as needed, call in inspections
• Call in JULIES for projects and extend making sure none of them expire
• Update daily and weekly logs:
• Running Job List
• Restoration List
• Job Board
• Miscellaneous office support

Skills Required:

• Highly organized
• Excel experience
• QuickBooks experience (not necessary, but a plus)
