Pay: Starting at $30/hour | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a Legal Office Assistant for a well-established law firm in Morgantown. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity offering a consistent weekday schedule and competitive starting pay. The ideal candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced legal office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner

• Transcribe dictation and prepare legal documents

• File and maintain organized case records and documents

• Sort and distribute incoming mail

• Assist with general administrative and office support tasks

• Maintain clear and professional communication with staff and clients

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information
