Patient Services Specialist – Call Center (FT & PT) | $18/hr
We are seeking 1 Full-Time and 2 Part-Time Patient Services Specialists to support a busy, high-volume call center within our Patient Services Department. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all incoming calls and play a key part in providing an exceptional experience for every patient.

Schedule
Full-Time:
• Monday–Friday | 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Part-Time:
• Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
• Monday–Friday | 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
About the Position
The Patient Services Specialist is responsible for answering and directing incoming calls and scheduling appointments across all office locations. You will assist patients, provide information, and ensure calls are routed accurately and professionally.
Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls from patients
• Schedule patient appointments for multiple office locations
• Direct or redirect calls to appropriate departments
• Answer general patient questions
• Record and address patient concerns professionally
• Gather required patient information for appointments
• Participate in ongoing training and education opportunities
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of private information
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high call-volume environment
• Friendly, professional, and patient-focused demeanor
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology
• Strong phone handling skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service
• High school diploma or GED
• Previous call center experience preferred
