Assembly Welder (hiring multiple)

Pay: $21.93/hr + depending on intervie and weld test
Schedule: 1st Shift Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Overtime may be required after the regular shift.

Position Summary:
The Assembly Welder performs mechanical assembly, fit-up welding, wiring, finishing, and testing operations on company equipment. This role works from engineering specifications, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings to assemble and weld industrial components while ensuring proper fit, alignment, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly and welding of parts, sub-assemblies, and complete units

• Set up and operate arc welding equipment for fit-up and assembly work

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings

• Perform basic electrical wiring and component assembly

• Test equipment using electrical measuring devices such as ohmmeters, ammeters, and voltmeters

• Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy

• Assist with reconditioning and repair of equipment as needed

• Maintain production records and support quality, safety, and TPM initiatives

Qualifications:

• 2 yrs experience with assembly welding (ARC) or mechanical assembly

• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

• Experience using hand tools, welding equipment, and measuring tools

• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude

• Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
